YOUR ROLE

As an Aesthetic Injector at Covet, you’ll be entrusted with helping patients achieve natural, balanced, and personalized results that elevate their inherent beauty. You’ll work closely with patients to understand their goals, create customized treatment plans, and perform injectable treatments with precision and artistry. Our ideal candidate shares our passion for subtle yet transformative results, takes a restorative approach to aesthetics, and thrives in a collaborative, high-demand environment.

Minimum 2 days per week as well as 2 Saturday's per month. 

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in Montana.
• Has at least 1 year of experience within the aesthetic industry *REQUIRED. Please do not apply if you have no experience in the aesthetics industry. 
• Believes in natural, patient-centered results that are tailored, subtle, and undetectable.
• Has excellent communication and listening skills to build trust with patients.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with attention to detail and artistry.
• Is growth-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow with a values-aligned brand.
• This is an extremely coveted position in which you can learn from an industry leading injector. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care & Treatment:

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with Covet's philosophy of full facial balancing.
• Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, biostimulators (e.g., Sculptra), and regenerative treatments (e.g., PDGF+ Ariessence, PRFM, EZ Gel).
• Educate patients on their treatment plan, post-care expectations, and long-term aesthetic goals.
• Ensure a luxurious, safe, and results-driven experience that enhances each patient’s natural features.

Clinical Excellence:

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatments, patient notes, and outcomes.
• Uphold the highest standard of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Stay current with evolving aesthetic trends, products, and continuing education opportunities.

Team Collaboration:

• Partner with our team to create a warm, trusting, and elevated patient experience.
• Contribute to collaborative case reviews, training sessions, and team development.
• Be a steward of the Covet brand through social engagement, education, and thought leadership when applicable.
• Participate in 1 social media day per month.
